Cheese & Charcuterie
We showcase artisan and farmstead cheeses produced both domestically and abroad. Seasonally curated individual and cut-to-order pieces from cows’, goats’ and sheeps’ milk will be readily available for retail purchase. Or, savor them right away as part of a Chef’s-Selected Cheese Board.
Charcuterie is a time-honored craft encompassing butchery, preparation and the preservation of pork, poultry, game and fish. The Market will offer select cured charcuterie and salumi, thoughtfully sourced from local, domestic and European practitioners, as well fresh charcuterie produced in-house. Our charcuterie department will sit at the intersection of Old and New World traditions. Cheese and Charcuterie. Best enjoyed with a glass of wine. Or two.
